Fixing Lotion is the essential second step in the lash and brow lift process. It lowers the pH to neutralize the lifting lotion, allowing the cuticles to close and the hairs to set permanently into their new, lifted shape.

Ruthie Belle’s Fixing Lotion is completely free of sodium bromate — an ingredient banned in several countries for cosmetic use. Instead, we use hydrogen peroxide, which works much like a conditioner after shampooing: it helps close the cuticles while keeping lashes and brows healthy, smooth, and strong.
