We offer multiple shipping options so you can choose what works best for you. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and selected carrier.
Available Carriers & Services
We currently offer shipping through USPS (Ground & Priority), UPS (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Ground), FedEx, and DHL.
Processing Time
- Orders placed by 11:00 AM PST will be processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping timelines are determined by the carrier.
Carrier Delays
While we do our best to process orders quickly, we are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
The Lash Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
