Damages & Order Issues

Defective Products
If you believe you received a defective item, you must submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, clear video proof showing the defect is required. This helps us review and resolve your issue quickly.
Returns
- We do not accept returns on any opened or used products (including lash trays, adhesives, or liquids).
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Processing
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 7 days.
