All orders are shipped from California.
Cancellations and changes can be done if order has not been processed or shipped. If you would like to cancel after an order has been shipped, please email us with your order # and request.
The Lash Co. is not responsible for carrier delay, lost or stolen packages.
Tax is charged on CA residents only.
Please double check your address before checkout to confirm the address was entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 now available thru Shipped Shield
All orders will now have an option to add shipping insurance, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝟗𝟕 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬! When you purchase shipping insurance and your package gets lost or stolen or the item comes damaged during transit, you can 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 as long as your report it on time. It is directly through Shipped Shield so no need to bug your carrier or file a claim on USPS.
You can also choose to REMOVE at the time of the order. When you choose to remove the added insurance, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. We cannot refund this cost so make sure you remove if you don't want it!
Please allow 1 day to process. Orders placed before 9 PM PST will be processed for next day shipment. Orders are processed Mondays-Fridays, excluding holidays. We normally process after 9 PM PST so tracking numbers received will be activated and available on the next business day.
US Customers -
Standard US Postal shipping for all US States, including HI and PR is $7 for all orders under 1 lb. Shipping time for Standard US Postal is 2-6 business days.
Expedited US Postal Priority shipping is calculated based on weight. Due to weight restrictions, orders over 1 lb are automatically upgraded to Expedited Shipping. Shipping time for Expedtited US Postal is 1-3 business days.
UK, Canada & Australia Customers -
International shipping is available via US Postal and DHL. Please note that US Postal, although considerably cheaper, will take much longer than DHL Express.
Due to COVID-19, our international shipments may be delayed. Please consult with your local Post Office for current delays and processing times.
Please contact if you have any issues regarding your order. We stand by the quality of our products and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase!
Damaged goods, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order.
We do not accept returns on opened and used products. If you have a defective item, please submit a claim 7 days after receipt of product.
Store credit is available. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping of returns.
We do not refund shipping costs.
